Sweet almond oil is a light, nourishing oil. Ylang ylang has a sweet, spicy, floral scent. It is lovely and relaxing, uplifting and sensual. Useful for all skin types and often used in baths and burners before bedtime. Excessive use may lead to headaches and nausea. Cedarwood is thought to have a harmonising effect on the senses. It is popular with both men and women because of the woody fragrance. Avoid during pregnancy. Frankincense is beneficial for assisting with stress and anxiety. It is good for meditation as it encourages deep, slow breathing. Rose absolute is an absolutely beautiful and luxurious oil.
