Every recording is made to a high standard using professional sound equipment. The voice you will hear is that of fully qualified and registered hypnotherapist and EFT Practitioner Christine Hines, who is also trained in classical voice production. The music we use on each CD is especially scripted at 60 beats per minute to ensure deep relaxation. This will generate what is commonly referred to as the ‘Mozart effect’ of easy focus and complete calm.

Often people try and try to sort out a problem or issue but are unable to resolve it themselves. This is because most issues lie in the subconscious mind which is difficult to access for ourselves — but when we are in a deep state of relaxation, a state of hypnosis, we are able to accept positive suggestion which will easily enable us to make any changes we may need to make.
