Village Therapy is a family owned and operated internet shop with qualified expertise in Aromatherapy, Hypnotherapy and EFT therapy.

In addition to our own therapy products we have assembled a range of complementary products from other trusted suppliers aimed at delivering practical solutions to people with busy lives.

The website is managed by MillenniaVision Ltd (our UK registered company), with transaction processing carried out by SECPay to ensure your payment details are collected securely.

Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of terms & conditions

By placing an order the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Acceptance of these terms and conditions does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Product Pricing, Import Duties & Taxes

Prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable. All local taxes, duties and customs charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Product Availability

We try to keep Village Therapy as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that all particular products will always be available. If we cannot supply a particular product within a reasonable amount of time we will cancel and refund that part of the order.

Customer Information / Personal Details

When a customer places an order we receive the name, postal address, email address and telephone/fax number of the customer. We use this information to dispatch orders, send invoices, respond to enquiries and send marketing information where this been agreed by the customer. This information will only be passed to our suppliers in order to ship certain items directly to you. Our suppliers do not keep your details and your details are not passed to any other third party. Your details are stored on our secure customer database in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart and checkout, both are erased after checkout is completed. The ‘Tell a Friend’ site feature discards your personal details after use.

Payments and Card Security

Orders are processed immediately, payments taken, and email confirmations issued by our automated order processing system. We use SECPay to securely process credit and debit card transactions. Your details will not be divulged to any third party. We at Village Therapy do not see or store your card details.

Postage & Packing, Shipping

Postage and packing costs are based on supplier, weight and destination, and are displayed on screen during the checkout process. All products are shipped from the UK unless otherwise stated. The majority of orders are delivered within 3 to 10 days dependant on product, with international orders taking a short while longer.

Returns & Refunds

Unwanted goods may be returned to us within seven working days of delivery for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee. Request a “Return Authorisation” by phoning or emailing us stating you wish to cancel the order, including your full name and address, original order number, plus any other relevant details. We will refund the payment back to your credit/debit card account within 30 days of receiving your cancellation. You have the responsibility to keep the items in good condition and return them to the given return address within 7 days of the date of cancellation at your cost. All goods must be returned unopened and in their original condition. We recommend that you use recorded delivery or registered post when returning the items.
